माझा मोदक ही अशाच प्रकारची स्पर्धा. मुख्य साहित्य म्हणून माझाचा वापर करून तुम्ही बनवलेल्या चवदार मोदकांच्या रेसिपीची.

Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions
   1. Content - The term "Content" includes audio-video content created as a contest entry, and the necessary metadata. The length of the audio-video content shall be of minimum 3 minutes and maximum 15 minutes in time duration. The content includes an audio video of a modak preparation using Maaza
   2. "Participants" – All individuals participating in the Maaza Modak Contest 2020 are herein referred as "Participants" or "You"
   3. Organizer–Lokmat Media Private Limited ("Lokmat") is hosting the Maaza Modak Contest 2020 and herein referred to as the "Organizer"
   4. Sponsor - Coca-Cola India Private Limited ("CCIPL") is the sponsor of all the prizes as mentioned in this T&C for the Maaza Modak Contest 2020 and herein referred to as the "Sponsor"
2. The "Participants" can submit the Content in Marathi, Hindi or English language
3. The "Participants" can submit one piece of content for entering the contest – Modak preparation using Maaza
4. Entries for the Maaza Modak Contest 2020 will be open from 12th August 2020 00:00:01 AM and continue till 31st August 2020 11.59:59 PM and there is no entry fee for the "Participants"
5. The "Participants" can enter the contest by registering on https://lokmat.com/maazamodak with their name, mobile number and Email ID
6. The Name and Mobile Number fields are mandatory and the Email ID field is optional
7. The OTP generated during the registration is sent to the "Participants" email ID and mobile phone via SMS
8. All Content to be qualified as an eligible entry should include viewable video (preferably high resolution, i.e 1920 x 1080) and proper audio clarity
9. "Participants" can whatsapp on +91- 8291232354 anytime between 10.30am to 6.30pm for any queries including support in registration and uploading of content
10. The winners shall be decided by a panel of distinguished jury
11. The selection of the winner will be made by the jury panel on the basis of the following parameters:
    1. Maaza Modak Recipe (Content)
       1. Ingredients used - 30%
       2. Time taken - 10%
       3. Innovation - 30 %
       4. Skill (Judging on the Finesse of Modak Petals) – 20%
       5. Presentation - 10%
12. The judges decision will be final
13. All the prizes are sponsored by Coca-Cola India Private Limited ("CCIPL")
14. The first five winners of the Maaza Modak Contest 2020 will receive an iPhone 7 each; the next five will receive cool Amazon Echo Plus (2nd Gen) each
15. Result’s shall be announced on 12th of September 2020 at 12PM and declared on the website - https://lokmat.com/maazamodak
16. The prizes to the winners will be given within 90 days from the contest end date and only post successful confirmation of original identity documents as against the details submitted during the registration
17. The Content submitted by the "Participants" should have obtained the following necessary permissions prior to the submission of the entry:
    1. appropriate permissions / contracts from every person who appears recognizably in the Content
    2. appropriate permissions to shoot at the locations that appear recognizably in the Content
    3. appropriate permissions from producers, right-holders and/or co producers if any are to be taken by the "Participants". "Participants" shall retain any such releases and provide them to the Organizer upon request.
18. The Content must not contain any copyrighted work(s) belonging to third parties unless (1) "Participants" must have a license to use such works in the Content; or (2) the use of your Content makes of such works is a fair one under the copyright laws.
19. The "Participants" will retain any licenses and provide them to the Organizer upon request.
20. The "Participants" grants the Organizer an exclusive and perpetual right to publish and distribute in any form their Content on platforms owned and operated by the Organizers, and any third party platform or aggregator, with whom the Organizer has a distribution agreement in place
21. The "Participants" grants the Organizer the right to use their name, image, voice, likeness, statements, and background in connection with the contest or ensuing events
22. The IPR of the Content will rest with the Organizer. Exclusive usage of the IPR and distribution rights will be with the Organizer.
23. The "Participants", hereby represents and warrants as under:
    1. The "Participants" is the rightful owner(s) of the Content and/or have the absolute right and authority from the producers/right holders if any, to deal with the same, including participation in this contest by accepting the terms and conditions, in particular, the rights granted to Organizer for distribution of the Content as detailed hereinafter
    2. The "Participants" confirms that the content, in full or part, does not violate the copyright of any third party
    3. The "Participants" hereby confirms that they have not granted any rights nor will they grant any rights in the future relating to the participating Content, which could adversely affect the rights granted to Organizer for distribution of the said content.
24. The "Participants" further indemnifies the Organizer and holds it harmless if the Organizer incurs any loss, cost, or expense (including attorneys’ fees), due to any claim by self or any other parties relating to the content and / or their exploitation of the same. The "Participants" also indemnifies the Organizer from any claims that may arise as a result of the breach of the terms and conditions of this contest by the "Participants"
25. The "Participants" further confirms and agrees to edit / modify the submitted Content to the extent required by Organizer in the event the Organizer informs them of a potential copyright infringement / violation.
26. Entry and participation in this Contest will be deemed as an unconditional and an unequivocal acceptance of these Terms, including any modifications, revisions and amendments thereto. The decisions of Lokmat shall be final and binding on the "Participants" in all matters related to the Contest. Further, the "Participants" recognize that these Terms may be modified by Lokmat from time to time without any prior/public notice by posting the applicable terms and conditions on the https://lokmat.com/maazamodak Website. Lokmat also reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Contest at any stage without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Successfully entering the Contest and winning a Prize is subject to all requirements set forth herein.
27. The "Participants" further agrees to provide all documentary proof and evidence with regards to the rightful ownership of the Content as may be required by the Organizers.
28. The "Participants" further agrees and confirms to revert and resolve the aforesaid mentioned issues within 15 days of the same being raised by the Organizer. In the event, the issues remain unresolved with the stipulated period, Organizer reserves the right to distribute the Content either by editing / modifying the same as it deems fit and/or in its original form at the risk and liability of the "Participants".
29. By entering to this contest, the "Participants" hereby grants the Organizer an irrevocable global license to use the Content, as well as your name, image, voice, likeness, statements, background and biographical material. These rights exclusive and perpetual in nature from the date of consent of the "Participants" and is assigned to the Organizer for distribution and monetization on any platform, known today or introduced in the future, including but not limited to Organizer own mobile applications and internet website / portal
30. The "Participants", cannot under any circumstances revoke the consent on the terms and conditions of this online agreement, accepted upon at the time of registration and/or submission of entry
31. The "Participants" also grants the Organizer exclusive rights to distribute and monetize the Content across all the platforms and mediums known today or may be introduced in the future. All rights are granted for global territory
32. To the extent permitted by law, each "Participants" waives and releases Organizer from any and all claims that "Participants" may now or hereafter have in relation to moral rights or unfair competition with respect to Organizers exploitation of Content without further notification to "Participants"s of any kind
33. In the event that the waiver of moral rights as stipulated above is unenforceable or invalid, "Participants"s hereby acknowledge and agree that Organizer is authorized to exercise all moral rights to the Content, including but not limited to a right to publish, distribute, alter and adapt such Content, and, where applicable, also to join such Content with other works and include such Content into a collective work or database. Copy, reproduce, adapt, translate, remake, make sequels, alter, rearrange, edit, cut, dub or subtitle in any language, and add to or delete from your Content (including without limitation the right to extract audio only or picture only content from the Content), in any way whatsoever, for the purpose of making and producing, advertising, promoting, publicizing, broadcasting, exhibiting, distributing, exploiting and communicating to the public and to include the Content (or any such altered or edited version of the Content) whether as a single sequence or a series of sequences and preceded or followed by and interlaced with such other content (including without limitation any commercial breaks) as the Organizer shall determine at its sole discretion; Advertise, promote, publicize, broadcast, exhibit, distribute, monetize and exploit the Content (and any clips from the Content) or any such altered or edited version of the Content, throughout the world in in all media and platforms and by any and all means now known or devised in future; and Publish your Content, or any part thereof, to the public via the Organizer channels, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Organizer websites in any media formats and through any media channels The right to enter into agreements with any third party with regard to the exploitation, distribution and/or monetization of the said rights of the Content.
34. CCIPL shall not be held responsible for any deficiency, defect, inadequacy or irregularity in the Prize(s). The winner(s) may not exchange or assign the Prizes, and shall not be entitled to any compensation whether in cash or kind from CCIPL
35. CCIPL is only responsible for offering Prizes under the Contest and shall not be liable for any claim arising out of or related to the Contest.
36. No portion of the Prizes offered under the Contest is redeemable for cash. The Prizes are also not refundable or transferable
37. No Prize will be awarded if the information presented by the "Participants" at the time of entering the contest, or at any subsequent stage is factually incorrect
