अमृतसर ट्रेन दुर्घटना, नवी दिल्ली : अमृतसर येथे रावणदहनाच्या कार्यक्रमादरम्यान जवळपास 50 जणांचा मृत्यू झाला असे म्हटले जात आहे. पण हा अपघात नेमका कसा घडला, ते एका प्रत्यक्षदर्शीने सांगितले.

रावणदहनाचा कार्यक्रम सुरु झाला आणि त्यावेळी मोठ्या प्रमाणात फटाके फुटायला सुरुवात झाली. त्यावेळी या आतिषबाजीमुळे आपल्याला काही धोका होईल, असे बऱ्याच जणांना वाटले. त्यामुळे बरेच लोकं मागे सरकले आणि ते रेल्वे ट्रॅकवर पोहोचले. रेल्वे ट्रॅकवरून रावणदहन पाहण्यात लोकं रमली होती, पण आपण रेल्वे ट्रॅकवर उभे आहोत, याचे भान त्यांना राहिले नाही. काही वेळाने एक एक्स्प्रेस या ट्रॅकवर आली आणि किमान 50 जणांचा यामध्ये मृत्यू झाला आहे, अशी माहिती एका प्रत्यदर्शीने स्थानिक वृत्तवाहिनीला दिली.
